4.1 A user profile is deemed dormant when it experiences no activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

4.4 The Casino is entitled to impose a monthly administrative charge of 5 EUR (or its equivalent value in alternative currencies) for the maintenance of dormant profiles. 

4.5 Any monetary credit residing in a dormant account that was received through reward programmes will be immediately nullified.

5.1 In accordance with relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies, and stipulations outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, without compromising the Company's position, the Casino maintains the authority to temporarily restrict account access for the duration necessary to examine and resolve payment dispute claims.

5.2 Following the receipt of a payment reversal claim, the Casino will contact the account holder via their registered email address. This communication aims to verify the account holder's identity and confirm the financial methods used for deposits or withdrawals. Should the account holder fail to authenticate their identity and payment methods after receiving this notification, the Casino will issue two additional communications to the registered email address. An administrative fee of 50 EUR will be subtracted from the refundable amount for each notification delivered.

5.3 In circumstances where a payment dispute investigation results in account restriction and the player: has not accessed their account for a continuous period of 6 months, has neglected to verify their identity, payment instruments, and information required for returning unused balances, the Casino reserves the right to claim the remaining funds from the dormant account for its own benefit.
